Accounting Manager - Tammy

Tammy, the Accounting Manager for Apollo MFG, is a self-described “Excel nerd” and the company’s undisputed “Spreadsheets and Inventory Queen.” She is determined to make sure processes are followed but flexible enough to see when procedures must be changed to improve the way things are done – a rare quality in a process enforcer!

Away from work, Tammy is focused on her three children and husband, who make her concentrate on the important things in life. Her daughter is gaining interest in the medical field and her two sons are starting their paths into the engineering world. Her husband is a pilot at a national airliner and they have one dog, an English Springer Spaniel. Her family loves to travel and see new places. She also volunteers in her church, teaching Sunday school, and participating in mission trips.

Tammy received her Associates in Accounting at Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana and has attended Purdue University-NW. She joined the Apollo team in 1999, where she has spent most of her accounting career. She has many years experience in the ever so changing manufacturing industry.
