Making It Happen: All About Our Process

Great things are happening here in our shop, and we’d love to make great things happen for you, too. In a few short steps, we’ll walk you through our process, giving you peace of mind that you’re in good hands.

STEP 1: REACH OUT TO US.
It might be one small step for you, but it’s a giant leap towards the start of a great partnership. If you’re in search of a partner to fulfill your laser marking, laser engraving, or laser cutting needs, we’d love to talk to you. You can reach out to us by email, phone, or if you’re in the area, swing by our shop! We’re excited to hear about your project!

STEP 2: GET PREPPED.
We’ll work with you to obtain any blueprints, renderings, DXF files, or screenshots that will be helpful in the estimation and creation processes. The more information you can provide, the better!

STEP 3: CHECK IN WITH THE TEAM.
In applicable situations, we’ll review with the engineer, machinist or laser technician to determine our ability to provide precision products for the application. It’s a matter of dotting our i’s and crossing our t’s to ensure everyone’s on the same page… and allows us to provide you with the best customer service possible. Our machine shop is ready to take on the heavy lifting for you.

STEP 4: GET PRICING.
We’ll obtain pricing for raw materials, if applicable, and any services from outside vendors, if needed. (Examples include, but are not limited to: plating, anodizing powder coat, etc.)

STEP 5: ESTIMATION.
We’ll confirm with engineering and art departments the amount of time they’ll need to work their magic. Then we’ll translate this information into a comprehensive sales estimate and provide it to you. If you have any questions, we encourage you to reach out to our customer care team. We’ll be happy to answer your questions!

STEP 6: GET TO WORK.
If you’re happy with the estimate, we’ll take the next steps to getting your order into production…and soon it will be in your hands! Production times may vary based on volume, and our customer care team can advise you on the timeframe pertaining to your order.
